Full stack developer.

Organizations around the globe are increasingly focused on employee well-being. In their strive for employee well-being, our platform has become an appreciated and trusted tool where they can utilize the insights generated by Populum’s web platform at all levels of the organization.

We have a crucial mission to provide this platform to our clients, evolving it as their needs develop and based on the direction that we as a company strive for. As the number of organizations choosing Populum grows, so does our ambitions with what we can deliver. We are therefore looking to expand our team with additional members to continue building our platform.

At Populum, we are a small and customer-focused Development team. As our clients range from medium sized companies to global organizations, scale in both technical and usability terms, and performance is a key priority for us.

Role description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with many different aspects of the platform. We are currently a mix of both Frontend and Full Stack Developers and in this role, you will be working with the entire web stack. A preference for a certain part of the stack is not an issue as long as you are comfortable working with all parts.
You will be able to:

  • Build on our existing product and deliver value to all of our users
  • Develop using modern frameworks, currently our platform is running on:
    • .Net Core
    • Vue.js
    • Azure SQL Server
    • Redis
  • Work in a CI/CD setup
  • Work with an entirely cloud based platform

Who are we looking for

We believe that you have a few years of experience and feel comfortable working with web development. You don’t necessarily need to have worked with the technologies we’re currently using. However, you do need to be comfortable working in a smaller team where responsibilities and tasks may vary depending on the need of our customers.
We believe it would be great if you have:

  • A solid knowledge of web technologies, for example: when to use a 418 response?
  • Experience handling big datasets
  • Passion for writing well-structured and clean code with a pragmatic approach
  • Experience with build pipelines and CI/CD
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure

What we offer

As part of Populum, you will:

  • Get the opportunity to help some of the largest companies in the world create better workplace experiences, improve employee well-being, reduce sick-leave and thereby improve organizational efficiency
  • Be an important part of a young, fast-growing start-up, and – even more importantly – a group of people aiming to having a blast while doing something we are passionate about
  • Have a high level of autonomy and flexibility, and the opportunity to make a big impact both in our company as well as in our customers organizations
  • Be based in our awesome office in the central of Stockholm (with a wonderful view of Hötorget)
  • Enjoy competitive compensation (salary + pension + stock options program) and grow professionally in an environment of ambitious, talented colleagues while having lots of fun on our company conferences, getaways and after works
