How do I navigate to the reports?
- Access the Engage platform through engage.catalystone.com
- Click “Analytics hub” on the first page
- If you have access to several scopes – click the desired report scope
- If you have access to one scope or have clicked the desired scope - click the desired report type
What access rights do managers have?
Managers can see the result for their team and the team they belong to. If their organization allows it, they will have access to pause an employee if they are away for a longer period of time, such as parental leave or sick leave.
Unable to sign in
- Check that your username is correct. Your username is the email address where you received your invitation to the survey
- a) If your organization has SSO enabled; Sign in with the same password as you do at your workplace
2. b) If your organization has not got SSO enabled; Navigate to engage.catalystone.com and choose “Get new password”. Enter the email address that is associated with your Engage account. Follow the reset link that you have received in the email from us (check your spam folder if you cannot find it).
What access rights do superusers have?
As a superuser, you may have one or several of these access rights:
- Access to results for the whole organization, including divisions/departments, segments and teams.
- Administrate access rights
- Put an employee on pause so that they are not included in the survey for a specific period of time.
- See sensitive comments (flagged due to mention of names or sensitive subjects)
How do I move a user to a new team or group? / How do I move a user into or out of a group?
You cannot move a user directly in the system yourself. To move a user, you must make the change in their HR system and then contact support at support@engage.catalystone.com, who will make the change for you in CO Engage. If you do NOT make the change in the HR system, the change will be reversed in CO Engage the next time a survey is conducted or data is imported from the HR system.
How do I remove a user?
You cannot remove a user directly in the system. To remove a user, you must pause them indefinitely in CO Engage and then remove the user in your HR system. The user will then disappear from CO Engage when data from the HR system is checked/imported.

Why have I not received my survey?
There could be several reasons. Follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder to see if you invitation has been marked as spam
- Check the possible emails where you could have received your survey
- Ask your closest manager to find out what email address is registered on your profile and check the inbox for the registered email
- If you still cannot find your survey, have your HR department/manager contact Engage for further support
How do I change manager for a team, whilst making sure that the team history is maintained?
You cannot replace a manager yourself directly in the system. If you do NOT make the change in the HR system, the change will be reversed in CO Engage the next time a survey is conducted or data is imported from the HR system.

Note that you can only access your results when it has been made available for your level (superuser/manager/employee).
