We are a group of people passionate about bettering the work environment for everyone. Populum is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CatalystOne Solutions, a leading HCM software company in Europe. We provide our offering to CatalystOne customers and those with a different HCM system or none at all.

Our company consists of three teams: development, customer success, and revenue.
