The number of employees recommending Ambea as an employer increases every year. In 2024, the organization recorded its highest eNPS ever at +26, an increase of +4 compared to the previous measurement.

What is eNPS? 

eNPS stands for Employee Net Promoter Score and measures employee ambassadorship. It’s based on how likely an employee is to recommend their workplace. The scale ranges from -100 to 100, where anything above 0 is considered positive. 

A strong corporate culture is essential for engagement and loyalty, and at Ambea, this is more than just a strategy – it’s a part of their identity. By actively listening to employees through pulse surveys, management can make quick decisions to improve the work environment in real time. This constant dialogue fosters a sense of inclusion and trust, which strengthens the corporate culture. Knowing what creates a successful culture is one thing, the challenge is making it happen in a sustainable way, says Christian.

– AI offers enormous opportunities to analyze data and improve our processes. It helps us make better decisions that benefit both our employees and care recipients, he says.
